Copyright and license agreement

1. Permission to use and redistribute this software (Bricole XML Session Server) is granted provided that one or more of the following conditions is met:

   usage restrictions

   • The usage is strictly non-commercial
   • The usage is for educational purposes
   • The usage is for evalutational purposes

   redistribution restrictions

   • Any redistribution is in its whole with the entire product package intact
   • For mass-redistribution (eg. publishing on the web or distributing with a paper), you need an explicit written permission
   • You may reverse-engineer and modify the product to suit your own need (it might be easier if you ask for the source code, though). You may not, however, redistribute a modified version of the product.
   • The product comes with NO WARRANTIES regarding its desired function, and its author cannot be held liable for any damages or loss of data or whatever might occur as a result of failure of operation of the product. The usual yada yada.
   • National and international copyright laws applies as usual and the only rights given beyond them are the rights explicitly stated in this license.
